How to Secure Your Date

Once we have the following answered, we will send over a rental contract and invoice via email to secure your date (signature and deposit due). We keep a card on-file and proof of license is required with the card.​

Pick Up / Drop Off

Picking Up & Dropping off:

Pick up is 1 day  before the event and drop off is 1 day after the event (if time is needed, please let me know).

 

Delivery:

First 15 miles is free. $2.00 per mile for travel after 15 miles

Location: Home-base in Berkley, Michigan

Booking Minimum: $50

Wax must be removed before returning to vendor. All rentals to be returned in the same condition as delivered. Optional cleaning services available.

What is a Coordinator?

A Coordinator is similar to a Planner, except a planner assists along the whole wedding planning journey, and a coordinator helps with executing the wedding plans on the day of. They usually begin helping you prepare a month or so before the wedding and function as the point of contact person on the wedding day. They tie up loose ends, assist with vendor communication, and sometimes assist with the setup and teardown of your event.
